PROCESSING - Our turnaround time will be up to 10-21 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

S H I P P I N G- We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

R E F U N D S/RETURNS POLICY Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.

With all the being said, I do stand behind my products and customer satisfaction is extremely important. If you have a problem with your item please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly and we can work on a resolution.
