Please note that these items are intended for display purposes only and not for actual use. As each item is handmade, there may be minor imperfections, but they do not detract from the overall appearance. We do not offer refunds once the item has been delivered, but please let us know of any changes prior to production. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we are happy to fix any errors and make a new one for you. Our turnaround time for these fully custom items is 10-20 business days. Item must be returned in original condition for replacement.
